Coordinator Position – Moving Forward Together
ACCAP’s Co-Director Sarah Trainor and a team of UAF faculty and staff are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator for a 2.5 year planning project, “Moving Forward Together: Transforming Arctic Geosciences for Alaska Native Sovereignty and Science”, awarded under the new program at the National Science Foundation (NSF), Cultural Transformation in the Geosciences Community.
The goals of the project are to build synergy and collaboration among multiple groups across the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus to lay the foundation for a graduate learning environment that is supportive of Alaska Native, first-generation, and other underrepresented students in the geosciences.
